You should ask the company for a warranty on the paint, roof panels, capped roof fasteners, and the polyester coating on the trims and sidewalls.
How will they deliver the package?
It would be better to ask the builders how they would deliver the kit. Usually, deliveries of this type are done on a flatbed truck. You must also ask them if they would contact you before arrival since that will enable you to ensure clear access to the job site.
Who will complete the offloading?
Will you be responsible for offloading the structure, or will the company assist you in any way?
What happens if something is missing?
